This program focuses on getting you in the best shape possible for your BIG DAY! Remember, those pictures last forever!

This 12 week (or longer) intensive training program includes:

  1. Three (3) private personal training sessions per week
  2. Meal planning and a diet to follow
  3. Free gym membership - no extra charge for 12 weeks
  4. Fitness program to follow on days without a trainer
  5. Daily diet diary consultation

OPTIONAL SERVICES:

  1. Extra Workouts (no gym fees)
  2. In-home/Office Training
  3. Stretching
  4. Biking/Running/Kickboxing
