Buying Equipment – Always buy good quality gloves and try them on. Once you’ve invested in equipment, look after it – never let anyone borrow your gloves and never put them down on the floor.

Remember – It’s supposed to be fun – Don’t be pushed into doing anything you don’t feel comfortable with. You’ll work better if you enjoy it. It’s your money and as long as you walk away feeling you’ve had a good workout then that’s fine.
